Quality Assurance

Crossroads  Care Bexley  is a leading service provider for people with care needs and their Carers in accordance with our charitable objectives.

As members of CROSSROADS Association we adhere to our internal system of quality assurance, which is called CROQUET.  We are audited by the CROSSROADS Association and currently hold a Level 3 status. 

The organisation has a lead Trustee Director on Quality Assurance. 

In addition to our internal quality assurance programme we will also adhere to the standards for domiciliary care produced by the National Care Standards Commission, the Kings Fund Quality Standards for Local Carer Support Services, and the General Social Care Councils’ Code of Conduct for Social Care Workers and Employers of Social Care Workers.

The organisation is also regulated by the Care Quality Commission who assess whether our services are meeting the needs of people who use them. Please click here to view our reports.

The organisation holds the Investor in People award demonstrating our investment and committment to our workforce. 

The organisation has also attained  the use of the Charity Commissions kitemark for quality standards in service delivery.
